Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for navigational convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the x baazi Platform, a player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. x baazi strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under 18. If at any point x baazi has reasonable grounds to believe a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance returned after deducting any winnings generated while under age.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and/or sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Players who are legally incapacitated or otherwise restricted from entering contractual agreements are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active x baazi account. Creating duplicate accounts, accounts on behalf of another person, or accounts using false identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances being forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: If you have previously self-excluded from x baazi or from another gambling platform and your self-exclusion period remains active, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. x baazi reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration at any time. Acceptable verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

x baazi reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of x baazi and does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted access to the Platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

x baazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels. The Platform is designed for Bangladeshi players and natively supports the payment methods most commonly used in Bangladesh.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. x baazi reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable notice to players where a method is being discontinued.

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will be declined automatically and returned to the originating payment method.
2. Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your x baazi account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account balance.
3. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be initiated after a player has completed the KYC verification process. x baazi reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time prior to or during a withdrawal request.
4. Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5. Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. x baazi may require proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
6. Currency: All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x baazi does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated accounts. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside x baazi's control and are your responsibility.
7. Fraudulent transactions: x baazi uses automated fraud detection systems. Any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised payment method will be held pending investigation. Deposits confirmed as fraudulent will be reversed and the associated account closed.

Bonuses and Promotions

x baazi offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant offer page. The following general principles apply to all x baazi promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to verified players with accounts in good standing. x baazi reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Balances or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in eligible wagers must be completed before the bonus value becomes withdrawable.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10% to 25%). The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed on the offer page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period (as shown on the relevant offer page) will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expiry periods are typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonuses: Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a specific bonus, this will be stated explicitly on the offer page. Winnings exceeding the cap generated from Bonus Funds will not be withdrawable.
• Abuse of promotions: x baazi monitors for patterns of promotional abuse, including bonus hunting, arbitrage strategies, and coordinated multi-account claiming. Players found to be abusing promotional offers will have their Bonus Funds voided and may have their accounts restricted or closed.
• Modification and withdrawal of offers: x baazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, including removing promotions that have been incorrectly published due to technical error.

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Account Suspension

x baazi is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Collusion: Any form of coordination between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in live poker, coordinating bets in crash games, or any other collusive strategy.
• Cheating software: The use of bots, automated betting scripts, exploit tools, artificial intelligence agents, or any third-party software designed to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your x baazi account is considered fraudulent activity. x baazi will contest all chargebacks and will close the associated account pending resolution.
• Money laundering: The Platform must not be used to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity. x baazi complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Exploitation of errors: If a technical error, display fault, or incorrect odds are published due to a system malfunction, players are obligated to report the error and must not exploit it. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or obvious error will be voided.
• Account sharing: Player accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared with, accessed by, or operated by any person other than the registered account holder.

Where x baazi has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these fair play provisions, x baazi reserves the right to: suspend account access immediately pending investigation; withhold withdrawals during the investigation period; void any wagers or winnings generated in connection with the suspected breach; permanently close the account and forfeit the account balance where a breach is confirmed.

x baazi will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of account suspension where doing so does not prejudice an ongoing investigation. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the support team via live chat or email to initiate a review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the x baazi Platform — including but not limited to the x baazi name, logo, brand identity, website design, page layouts, written content, game interfaces, graphics, software code, and database structures — is the intellectual property of x baazi or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of x baazi.
• Game content, including game titles, artwork, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or reports submitted to x baazi by players may be used by x baazi without restriction, compensation, or attribution to the submitting player.
• Unauthorised scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Violation of x baazi's intellectual property rights may result in immediate account closure and may expose the offending party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x baazi's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided through the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• Service availability: x baazi targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. x baazi accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
• Internet connectivity: Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection when using the Platform. x baazi accepts no liability for wagers lost, sessions interrupted, or game states corrupted due to the player's own connectivity issues.
• Game outcomes: All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. x baazi accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal game play. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss and players accept this risk by choosing to wager.

Amendments to these Terms: x baazi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
